I usually modify and edit forms on my localhost and when ready I upload them to my live site. However when I import a form it gets a new ID and I then have 2 forms with the same name, different IDs. How can I easily link the new form to all the posts that are connected to the old form ID?

I would really like to overwrite the old form and keep everything linked.

→ The imported forms won’t override the existing form’s ID, nor this is valid. A better solution would be to change your existing shortcode with the imported post form’s shortcode/ID (https://prnt.sc/1qdw3q5). I hope you got the point.

    Thanks.

I realise I have to change the shortcode and this means all new posts use the new form, but what about my old posts? They are all linked to the old form but I want them to use the new one. I could have hundreds of them, how do I change them without editing each one?

Could you include the WPUF Form meta link in the bulk edit screen so I can do them all at once?

    Thanks

    Hi @joncon62,

→ Yes, it’s already there > follow this screenshot.

    Thanks!

    Doh!…. I didn’t see that.

    Wonderful, thanks!

    Thanks for the acknowledgment.
    Cheers!
