    Also, it does not look like our available times, our provider (name, etc), and other settings imported. I did export those and did import those.

    This is the procedure you should follow:
    1. On the same website Appointments+ AND WP BASE should be installed. WP BASE database should be completely empty. If not, make an overall Reset.
    2. Appointments+ plugin should be deactivated
    3. You click “Start Import from A+” at Import from A+ tab
    4. After import has finished, you should be seeing correct clients and providers when you check Bookings admin page
    5. You can continue Export from WP BASE and Import to another website

    In summary you should transfer Appointments+ data to WP BASE data on the source website first and only after then proceed with Export.

    Is this what you are doing?

    Detailed information is displayed when you click “i” button on Import from A+ tab.

    Note: Working hours are not imported. You should set them manually.

    Thanks for that info. We first cloned our production site to our staging site. then we tried to install your plugin and the server had a critical error. My host sent me this: https://www.screencast.com/t/Hejv0Zdr3a So we then deactivated Appointments+ on the staging site and it “worked”. Any idea of what we can do to not get the critical error so that we can have both plugins running? I can try longing Production to staging again.

    Errors are all coming from Appointments+ as it is not PHP7 compatible.

    Once you transfer all data to WP BASE, you will not need Appointments+ any more. Actually both plugins cannot work at the same website. So keep Appointments+ deactivated or simple remove it.

    So then how do I do your step 1 if I need to have both active, and when I do, the site throws an error. Right now, the site is working with Appointments+.

    Appointments+ does not need to be active when data is transferred to WP BASE.

    Please read the instructions.

    Thanks. I will try that. When said I should read the instructions, where on the site is that? I tried this and there was no mention there for the Appointments+ exporting. https://wp-base.com/knowledge-base/export-import/

    Looking at your last screenshot, is Deb a registered user of the website? What is her WordPress user ID? What is the user ID of Randy?

    No. none of the people requesting an appointment have ever been set as Users. We only have our Admins and Service Providers.

    Are you sure that Deb that I see in the first line of screenshot of Appointments+ is not a WordPress user in that website (source website)?

    When you click on her name, where does it takes you?
