    When doing Import From Folder and trying to create a new gallery, it often never ends its import process. Looking at the code, I suspect that there are some missing error-catching incantations due to a few uses of a coding style which avoids multiple lines.

    When cleaning up open tabs, I did find some misplaced error popups scattered around other tabs for the same site. I was expecting the Import Folder errors to appear on the same tab where I was importing.

    Is it possible for you to share a screenshot of the problem?
    If it’s not possible, it’s ok.

    Did you check our requirements, as Mihai suggested?

    If the problem persists the next step is the classic conflict check
    – Temporarily deactivate all your plugins except NextGen Gallery.
    – Is the problem solved? Then, it was caused by one of your plugins. Please check one by one and find the one causing the problem.
    – If the problem is not solved with the deactivation of the plugins, try changing to a standard WordPress theme, it could be a conflict with your current theme.
