    Hi there,

    simple question, i use MEC Lite (Modern Events Calendar Lite), but they are kicked out from WordPress and now i am looking for an alternatve, is it possible to Import Data from MEC to your Plug In? If so, how?

    Glad you reached out.

    The Events Calendar offers a built-in CSV importer tool which allows you to import events, venues, and organizers into your WordPress site.

    You’ll want to export the other calendar’s events to a CSV file if it has that feature. Or try a third-party plugin like WP ALL EXPORT.

    Once you have the event data in CSV format, install the Events Calendar plugin and check out our article for Importing Calendar Data From a CSV File.

    Make sure the CSV file you will use to import follows the specific field names and formats found in our CSV File Formatting and Examples guide.

    Hello, I’d like to import events from MEC to the Events Calendar.

    I tried to install the extension “Migrating events from Modern Events Calendar to The Events Calendar,” but when I click on the “Export Events” button, I get the error “You do not have permission to access this page.”
