    Hello, this app has worked wonderfully until about 1 month ago. I started to notice the products with variations (sizes) would import only the photo, and disruption from Square to WooCommerce. When I look in Products, I can see ALL the products listed but the NEWEST are missing the price, sizes, stock number and you can’t purchase them, but all old products that were uploaded before this glitch seem to work just fine for now. All the NEW products say the are “In Stock”, but they are missing the price, sizes, stock number.

    The strange thing about this is, the site is linked to Facebook Shopping and all the NEW products can be seen on there with everything it should (photo, description, price, size and stock available). The FB Shopping account is set up to make all payments from her site, so when they click PAY from Facebook shopping, it then takes them to the site and then the item’s price, size and stock go missing so you can’t purchase.

    When I try and edit each product to YES “Sync to Square?” I get an error:
    “Please add an SKU to sync this product with Square. The SKU must match the item’s SKU in your Square account.” This is not an issue with the old variation (size) items I have on the site, so why now?

    I have also switched “Product system of record” to both Square + WooCommerce, still same results.

    I also turned on all debugging, hopefully that helps you!

    I have tried to uninstall and reinstall, Ive tried older versions of this app. PLEASE help me figure this out.

    I’m sorry to hear about all the trouble you are having with Square product imports. Looking at your system status report, it shows that you are using quite an outdated version that has not been updated since October 2020.

    We strongly recommend taking a full backup of your site and update your Square plugin and see if that resolves your problem. I ran some tests on my test site and it works great with the latest update.

    Let us know how that works if the behavior still exists, to better understand what’s happening, I’d like to take a look at your site’s logs.

    To find the generated logs:

    1. Go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs
    2. In the top right corner, open the drop-down and select the latest fatal error log, then click view to load it. Here’s what that looks like:

    Thanks for this information! We just released an update (2.4.1) which did the following:

    Fix – Variable products are now properly importing from Square on newer versions of WooCommerce. PR#605

    and can be seen here:

    Update Square, disconnect and reconnect it under WooCommerce > Settings > Square, and see if it works. Let us know the results!
