Import from wordpress.com to www.ads-software.com

  • I am a little bit confused. Why does the Export file come out as a XML when the import options ask for a WXR file???

    I tried the RSS feed…
    and get this error:
    Unable to create directory /var/www/vhosts/theinbetweenismine.com/httpdocs/wp-content/uploads/2006/08. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

    I’d say to check your permissions for the uploads directory.

    it worked now… but the comments are only partially there. why is that?
