Import function doen’t work.

  • I exported the stock and save it with .csv format, then i used import function, the message say everything is updated date but the number of stock doesn’t change.

    Please help.

    Please check, how you have set stock managment. There is few scenario, when stock is not updated https://stockmanager.toret.cz/stock-editing/

    I am having he same issue, I am importing the CSV file to update my inventory and it does not update it, have this been solve? is there any update? it’s a pain in the you know were to manually update my products I have over 200 products.

    Unfortunately the same problem. Tried several ways to solve it but didn’t work…

    I’d try it today February 20th and it still does not update my counts, please help, its a pain in the you now were to update the products one by one.

    I have the same problem. Did anyone solved it?

    When I try to import csv file I see the message: “Product with ID: (the id) was updated.” for all the products in csv, but it never updates them on the main dashboard.
