    Hi there,

I’ve successfully used your plugin in the past but am now having an issue with it “hanging” while trying to import into this site: https://bakerviewrags.com/

The good news is that most of the content does actually show up there but I’m assuming there’s probably some database files that may not have been completely updated, as the process hasn’t completed.

Is there an easy way to check to make sure that the back end content is all there? Or a workaround to try importing again another way?

The site is being hosted at HostPapa and your plugin worked to import there originally. Then I tried overwriting the content by exporting content from dev site: https://devsite1.digitalanddesign.ca/ and then importing to https://bakerviewrags.com/ . Now it is stuck.

    Any ideas?

    Thank you.

    Hi digitalanddesign,

I am sorry for the inconvenience.
Could you try importing again by uploading your .wpress backup via FTP to wp-content/ai1wm-backups and then restore it on the Backups page of the plugin?

Let me know how it goes.

I have tried this but when I select “Restore” from the Backups page https://prntscr.com/8u2gzc it just bounces me to the Import page https://prntscr.com/8u2hjw where I have to choose one of those options.

    Any other suggestions?

    Hi digitalanddesign,

That is exactly how the “Restore” works.
You should give it some time to proceed with another message confirming the import will overwrite your site….

    Hi digitalanddesign,

116% sounds like you are importing from 2 windows.
Could you cancel and try again?

Ok, that seems to have worked but now I’m getting an error when trying to upload images. See screenshots. The first one ( https://prntscr.com/8u5lnn )shows the image trying to upload and second one ( https://prntscr.com/8u5mco ) shows the error message on the right hand side. Any idea how your plugin may have affected that? It wasn’t a problem before.

    Hi digitalanddesign,

I have discussed with the engineers and it seems like the plugin is not affecting this but something to do with your server.

I will be happy to have an engineer investigate further for you if you reach us at support at sevmask.com
