    Hi Team,

I am trying to import the Analytics historical data. But it doesn’t progress from 276 entry. Also Admin Dashboard stopped loading with 503 Bad Gateway.

    Nginx Error log shows this

2024/11/22 20:16:53 [error] 3667#3667: *500594 upstream sent too big header while reading response header from upstream, client: 162.158.163.169, server: kinaun.com, request: "GET /wp-admin/ HTTP/1.1", upstream: "fastcgi://unix:/var/run/php/php8.3-fpm.sock:", host: "www.kinaun.com"

How can I complete the import and load the dashboard normally?

    Thanks!

    Hi @ckadenge,

I was able to complete the import by changing the “Date Type” to Date created. However, the WooCommerce widget is still showing the zero sales.

    Screenshot: https://prnt.sc/LZJEFkCAIR01

When I changed the Date type to date completed, import gets stuck.

    Any suggestion?

    Thanks!

I can understand your concern, Issue regarding data imoprt get stuck for date type comlpeted.

Can you please try the following?

    • Clear your site cache
    • Navigate to?Analytics > Settings
    • Go to the section “Import Historical Data“, select “All” and UNCHECK the box to “Skip previously imported customers and orders
    • Click Start

    Does that make a difference??

If that does not help, To provide accurate assistance, let’s take a closer look at your site’s configuration. Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status Report?

This can be done by following these steps:

    1. Go to your WordPress dashboard.
    2. Navigate to WooCommerce > Status.
    3. Click on ‘Get system report’.
    4. Then click ‘Copy for support’.
    5. Paste this information into a new Gist at https://gist.github.com.

Once you’ve completed that, please paste the Gist link here in your reply.

While you’re in the WooCommerce Status section, could you also check the Scheduled Actions tab for any pending or failed actions? The status of these actions can provide insight into the operations of your site, including the analytics data import.

With the additional details from the System Status Report and Scheduled Actions, I’ll aim to identify the issue and guide you toward a resolution.

    Hi @shahzeenfarooq ,

I was able to complete the process using Date Created. However, the widget still doesn’t show the Sales data.

I will try your suggestion on cleaning the browser cache also and report back.

    Thanks!

This can sometimes happen due to caches, large volumes of data being processed, or due to server latency. However, I’m glad to hear that it’s now working properly.

If you continue to experience any delays or have further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help you.
