Hello, I have 6 WooCommerce sites and the Import of Historical Data after recent updates went perfectly fine at 4 sites, but 2 sites do never reach the status where it says “Nothing to import” at Analytics settings.

When I restart the import, it will run for a few minutes and even reach the status “Finalizing”, but later it will change back to “Ready To Import”.

One one site I have this:

Imported Registered Customers: 0 of 254
Imported Orders and Refunds: 0 of 0
    Status: Ready To Import

    On the other this:

Imported Registered Customers: 0 of 0
Imported Orders and Refunds: 0 of 2
    Status: Ready To Import

Both sites have latest WooCommerce Version 4.1.0 , latest WordPress 5.4.1, PHP 7.4.5, MySQL 5.7.30, and usually no problems with cron jobs.

What can I do to fix this?

Can you check your System Status Report to see if you have a table named wp_wc_order_stats?

Yes it’s there, I looked at the MySQL database and it seems to contain complete data from first to last order on the site.

Do you see any errors in your browser console when you visit the Analytics -> Settings screen?

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
