    I was using Woocommerce Admin plugin before the 4.0 update. But now the report data does not show up. So I tried to import Historical Data, but that process never completes.
    It says that Imported Registered Customers and Imported Orders and Refunds, but then status stays stuck on Finalizing. In scheduled events all the updates are pedning and can be like that for hours, sometimes 1 shows up as in progress.
    There is also 1 failed; wc-admin_import_orders: “action failed via WP Cron: Unknown action 45037”.
    None of the new orders show up either.

    I have the same problem with the Import Historical Data getting stuck at “Finalizing.” Is there a response to this from Woo?

    Hi there,

    Sorry to hear about the trouble you are having importing historical data into analytics.

    The other cases we have seen of the import getting stuck have been caused by either 1) server resource limits being hit, or 2) code in another plugin or the theme causing processing to fail.

    Regarding 1), please reach out to your hosting to ask about increasing the WP Memory Limit, and other PHP limits/settings

    If that doesn’t resolve the issue, then I’d recommend a conflict test to narrow things down in case 2) from above. To check for conflicts, please temporarily switch your theme back to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce, then check to see if the issue is fixed. If it is, then you can switch your theme back and reactivate plugins one-by-one until you find the one that is causing the issue.

    I’d also recommend checking the fatal-errors log under WooCommerce > Status > Logs to see if there are any errors listed there that might indicate what is causing the issue.
