Import HTML from ics feed?

I’m considering a purchase of the Pro plugin for scheduling ICS imports, but first I’m testing with manual imports to make sure the plugin does what I need.

My ICS feeds have a plain-text DESCRIPTION field and also an X-ALT-DESC field containing HTML (<p> tags, most importantly.)

When I import, the plain-text description is used, resulting in individual Event pages that look like one large paragraph. Is there a way that I can instruction the plugin to take the X-ALT-DESC value instead, so that the individual Event pages have formatting?
