Import images from Media Library

    Hi,

    I’m on PHP7 how will I be able to upload all my existing images from WP Library to Cloudinary. I do not see that option anywhere on my WP Console.

    Does importing also update the existing links? I’m also using WP Rocket plugin how does Cloudinary work with it. Can they co-exist or one has to go?

    Hi @paramathesh,

    In order to bulk upload images from the WP media library to Cloudinary, you could go to the local Media Library of WP and select multiple images and then select Upload to Cloudinary from the Bulk Actions menu. After migrating the images, the links would be updated automatically.

    As there are a plethora of 3rd party plugins out there, there may be some cases where other plugins collide with our plugin’s functionality. Also, note that our plugin was designed to work with posts/pages. While 3rd party plugins, may sometimes work, Cloudinary’s plugin wasn’t designed for that, and therefore it may not support them.
