i cleared browser data, and i tried to decrease number of item per page but nothing to happen when i click screen option, i delete and reinstall plugin same problem nothing change

It’s because the page is still loading so it does not respond.
Please query your usermeta table and set ‘vi_wad_per_page’ to 5 then try again.

It’s hard to explain if you don’t know code. You can try this solution:
– create a new admin account
– login to the new admin account and go to import list
Let me know if it works.

You’re welcome.
After importing more products to Woo(when number of products in Import list goes down below 50), you can login to your previous account and decrease the Number of items per page so that you can still use that account normally.
