Import Locks Up

    I was able to export everything, but when I tried to import into the new site, it just sits there when it says it’s done doing something with blogs. I let it sit for an hour, but I’m pretty sure it shouldn’t take that long. I force the page to refresh since the Stop Migration button isn’t responding, and I see the following errors at the top of my screen: lessphp fatal error: load error: failed to find /home/redacted/public_html/redacted/wp-content/themes/theme49288/bootstrap/less/bootstrap.lesslessphp fatal error: load error: failed to find /home/redacted/public_html/redacted/wp-content/themes/theme49288/style.less. I appears that the imported site is still dependent on the old site’s folder structure.

    I tried exporting again, this time using the find and replace feature to (hopefully) change the folder structure what it will be in the new site. After the same hang up, I get the exact same error with the same old folder structure. Please advise!

    I’m importing plugins:
    Cherry Plugin (which the bought template is based on)
    MotoPress
    Contact Form 7
    YouTube

    Hi ancientspice,

    I am so sorry to hear your issue with our plugin. Could you please remove this two file manually from your old site;
    1. wp-content/themes/themeXXXXX/bootstrap/less/bootstrap.less.cache;
    2. wp-content/themes/themeXXXXX/style.less.cache;
    After exporting your backup, you can download .wpress exported backup file from wp-content/ai1wm-backups via FTP and then upload it to import.
