Import logic

Hello Franky,

I am using this plugin to import some events we are publishing on our facebook page. On one such imported event, we edited the location to an existing location. When we ran sync again, the fb event got imported again. We had to go back and create the newly created event as it was a duplicate.
Is this the correct behaviour?
I was wondering if there is a check for an existing facebook event i.d before importing and if it will be a good idea to use.
