Import Multiple Reviews

What is the best way to import multiple reviews? I can create a CSV file and import it through phpmyadmin, but something must be off in my formatting because the reviews need to be manually published.
Is there a plugin that can do this? Or a cheat sheet for me to be able to see how to set up my CSV?
