Import Never Begins

  • Trying to restore a backup file created 2 weeks ago. When clicking “Restore” it never gets past “preparing to import”.

    It’s a very lightweight site. It says the file is only 112MB and downloaded very quickly. Not sure why it’s not progressing?

    I checked for an error file but there is none.

    There are 2 plugins on this site, Wordfence and Visual Editor, that I know don’t play well with this plugin. I have them both deactivated… they were deactivated when I created the backup and they are deactivated when I try and restore.
