Import New Variations and Update existing stock levels

We sell heavy equipment parts. We generally have 4 variations USED NEW REBUILT AFTERMARKET. So as time goes on for one particular part we may not have one of these variations at the time of the initial import. Say we have part number 1X9999 and it’s “USED” next month we may have received a “NEW” part number 1X9999 so now we need to import that “NEW” variation. I’ve tried to duplicate this one the demo site and every time I do it creates a totally new product/part. I ONLY want to create the “NEW” variation of that part. Is this possible? and can I add this new variation and update stock levels and prices at in the same import? Thanks great plugin and I look forward to purchasing if I can get this to work.
