• Bought Pro version hoping to improve the workflow of updating the events calendar. Only to find out that the import is not working. Customer support takes forever to respond.

    Sorry to hear that the import is not working. Would love to help you get that sorted. If you can share the support ticket ID with me I’m happy to take a look. I wasn’t able to find anything in our system based on your username.

    Also please note, that Events Calendar Pro doesn’t add any import enhancements to The Events Calendar. With TEC you can import CSV files. If you would like to import from different sources, like gCal, then you will need Event Aggregator.
