Import not working nor editing

  • I am having problems with this plugin. When I try to import to an existing form the page returns a blank white page with a “0” in the top left corner.

    When I click on Edit data mode is brings me here: https://cfdbplugin.com/?page_id=459

    The plugin in activated but seems not to work.

  • I faced similar problem.
    My resolution is update newest CFDB.
    We can get newest CFDB from github.
    My sight CFDB is Working now.

    And Pls check your DB server( also MySQL)

    I am also getting this odd error:

    Error: plugin “Contact Form to DB Extension Edit” requires that plugin “Contact Form to DB Extension” to be installed and activated.

    I do have the lates version contact-form-7-to-database-extension-2.10.36 installed.

    OMG! The plugin folder had the version number in it. Once I removed it things started talking. Yikes! On a Mac the zip unzips automatically – not sure if this happen on Windows.
