Import of Blogger File Not Working

  • I am trying to import all my posts and comments from my blogger account to my new wordpress account. I export from blogger, then try to import the XML document into wordpress and I get the following error:

    Sorry, there has been an error.
    The uploaded file could not be moved to wp-content/uploads/2016/02.

    Please help!
