Import of Database from PluggedOut

I want wordpress – spam is making me want to slit my wrists on my current installation but I’ve a few problems.

I tried to import via my rss.xml file but it only imports random entries. Also, it doesn’t display code correctly that I use for photos… for example:

It’s supposed to show a thumbnail that pops up an enlargement on mouseover. It works find on my current blog but not on word press.

So, how can I import all my entries from my PluggedOut database.
How can I use the photo code to display correctly?
