If you’re unable to manage, you can always reach us since you are a client and it’s against WordPress rules to provide you with support for Pro Extensions here. We do not redirect to the FAQ page anywhere. I will assume you have used the support button on our website, but even that button has the option to send a question if you are unable to find the answer you were looking for. When you perform a search, at the very top you will see two options: Answers and Ask. Use the Ask option to reach us.
As a client, you also have more than one option to contact us, including the option to submit a support ticket or to reach us directly: https://docs.oceanwp.org/article/762-how-can-i-get-support
Since this is a review section, I’m afraid I also can’t provide you with more answers, but I do suggest reaching us (apologies to the forum moderators) in regards to all your Pro Extensions problems or any other client service issue.
