Import Old Reviews

    I had sql file of older reviews from customers. But when I imported on ratings table it’s not showing in frontend. How would I solve this problem?

    Exporting the wp_glsr_ratings table from your database is not enough.

    Site Reviews stores reviews in the wp_posts table, the additional rating info in the wp_glsr_ratings table, and the assignments in the wp_glsr_assigned_posts, wp_glsr_assigned_terms, and wp_glsr_assigned_users tables.

    The recommended way to backup your reviews is to use the Site Reviews “Export Reviews” tool which exports to a CSV file.
