import onto another domain not working

Hi,

I have exported the data and images from one domain and want to import it onto another domain. I have tried several times to get this working.

it comes back with this following error:
An error was detected while validating the CSV file for import. Please fix this before proceeding.
Required header column “business_name” missing

I have tried the encode csv to utf-8 method and it comes back with the same error. The business_name is on the column.

This is the error that I am getting when uploading the zip file:
There was an error uploading the images ZIP file.

Please can you tell me how I can get this working I have spent a lot of time inserting all of the records I have into this directory and I do not want to have to do it all again.
