Import or Add Defaults to Custom Taxonomy

  • I know theres got to be a way ??

    Basically, i have a group of parent, and a ton of child values for a custom taxonomy. I am wondering how i can create some sot of 1) import file, or 2) function to bring those values into wordpress without having to enter them manually. there are A LOT of them.

    I’ve looked at wp_insert_term, but it seems like it would be equally time consuming and not for bulk additions, unless im missing something. Thoughts appreciated.
