Import Orders, just totals

    My site vanished, I lost info from February until the 20th of October.
    I have the orders in transactional emails.

    I want to import the orders but I have realized that it would be a titanic effort to do so in detail….

    So I just want to import the following fields:

    – Order Number
    – Order Date
    – Order Amount
    – Shipping Amount
    – Customer name
    – Customer shipping address fields.

    Is this possible?

    What tools do I need to accomplish this?

    Please advise

    Hi @eibihp,

    Are these orders still stored in the database? If so, you may be able to retrieve them as they’re inside the wp_posts table. If they’re not in the database I’m not sure how you would recover them unless you have an XML or CSV backup.

    If you have transactional emails that would mean manual work for you, I’m not aware of a tool that can import order details from emails.
