Import problem

    good morning,
    I’m moving a site from wordpress.com to new hosting.
    I exported the zip file of the old site but as I try to upload it to the new one I get the following:
    Connecting ….
    Files imported.
    Importing database ….
    Database backup file is missing. Unable to import database

    Can you help me?

    Hi @federicc4,

    Kindly make sure that the importing WordPress directories have write permissions.

    Good morning,
    directory permissions are currently like this:
    wp-admin: 755
    wp-login: 644
    wp-config: 600

    Do I have to set them differently? Or do I have to set some particular files?
