I have imported products images and details into the subcategory. For example, I have a book website. So what I will do is I will have a parent category of nonfiction and a child category of religion. I have put the necessary information into CSV and imported it to the designated catgeogry by Nonfiction > Religion, Nonfiction. However, when I gom to the actual religion page, undernath the nonfiction menu, I do not see the actual product and the details. I have tried to import it to the page by the produts by category, but this only shows all of the nonfiction items and not the specific category that I want for that designated page.

How do I upload subcategory items to a specific page without having to inidividually pick each item? How can I take the religion books and put their image and descritpion into their deisgnated page?

    Thank you.

  • Hello,

I have put the necessary information into CSV and imported it to the designated catgeogry by Nonfiction > Religion, Nonfiction.

Can you please share the following so we can get a better understanding of the issue?

The CSV file you tried to import:? You can use an online fileshare like file.io, Google Drive, DropBox, etc.

System Status:?You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Hi there @yorub89,

Hope the product images and details are not displaying correctly! We haven’t heard back from you for a while, so I’m going to mark this post as resolved now. If you need any further help here, please let us know. Or, if you need additional help with the Storefront theme, please start a new thread and we’ll be able to help you out there.

    Thank you!
