import product slow down

    We use this plugin for 1 years. 3 Months ago, we just need 1-3 second to import one product. It was very fast.

    But recently it’s very slow, we only several minutes to download 1 product, sometimes it failed without any notify.

    What happened ?

    Is it slow when you import product from AliExpress to your site or when you import from Import list to WooCommerce?

    it’s slow when we import the product from aliexpress to our site.

    It seems that the aliexpress block this plugin.

    Because many of our sites have this problems, and one friend also had this problem.

    Is it normal for you ?

    As we check, the issue only occurs to US users(ship-to is set to US) and only when importing products from a category page. If you import from product detail page or ship-to is not US, the issue will not occur.

    We will fix the issue in the next release of the chrome extension in the next few days.

    A temporary solution for you is to go to product detail page to import a product or change the ship-to country to another one.

    I can only find how to set ship-from , where can I set ship-to ?

    It’s in your AliExpress settings where you can also change currency and language.

    It has no problem to import on product page .
    But if it’s on the search result page, even we set the ship-to to UK, not USA, the problem is still there.

    very strange, when I set it to Japan, not UK, USA , it works.

    Yes, it will work if you change to any countries that the product detail url is not from aliexpress.us
