Ok, I know this issue has been raised already, but one question:

Why do you develop a plugin, which needs another plugin to perform?

I am referring to the Not allowed Product import via CSV in Woocommerce, which needs
the “Disable Real Mime Check” to work?

This is like buying a car, but hey, if you need wheels, you gotta buy them separately – because they are extra

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @cbdoel

I’m not quite certain I understand what you are asking. I mean, I understand the car analogy, but not certain what you mean about the Disable Real Mime Check plugin.

If you’re receiving an error when trying to upload your CSV file, I suggest you try exporting the CSV from another source. Sometimes folks have to export it from Google Sheets, for example. It just depends on how you’re creating the CSV file.

    Well,
I have used the Woocommerce export function to export the CSV files. and then I tried using Google Sheetss. But still the same Issue.
I am slowly, but surely getting frustrated with woocommerce’s inability to handle any kind of data up / download. The more I think about it, the more I wish, I hadn’t started a woocommerce store at all.

If you’d like, you can share your CSV here (you can cut it down to just one or two products) and I’d be happy to take a look at it for you.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to go ahead and mark this thread as resolved. If you have any other questions please feel free to start a new thread.

thanks anyways. I did get around it by actually using the disable mime check, but in the end it was a user experience I would like to have missed. kindest regards. and. happy new year
