Import Products from API to WooCommerce

Can you tell me how you are importing the products to your store? The easiest way is to use the core feature as described here:

If the core system isn’t robust enough to handle the importation then I recommend using an import extension like the Product CSV Import Suite

As for indexing the site, each product that is added should have a URL for the product page that is created. This should be what Google needs to show these products if everything else is set correctly.
