Import Score Errors

    Hello Team,

    The plugin import seems not completely working even with the sample template. I only changed the product ID values in the template but it always produces the errors below:

    0 review(s) successfully uploaded
    0 duplicate review(s) skipped
    2 error(s)
    Details:
    Line 2 >> Error: review score = 0. Review scores must be between 1 and 5.
    Line 3 >> Error: review score = 0. Review scores must be between 1 and 5.

    I installed the latest version of this plugin as of this writing(version 3.75) together with WooCommerce version 3.6.4 inside WordPress 5.2.2. Hope that helps to resolve this issue.

    Thanks for trying our plugin!

    You are most likely trying to upload a file where all columns are merged into a single column. Please open your CSV file in a notepad and double check formatting. It should be similar to the template provided with the plugin.

    If you want us to have a look, please share the link to the file you are trying to upload.

    It works now.! I hadn’t thought to open the file using the notepad to see the issue. Thanks for giving me an idea. Once again thank you so much for providing us this useful plugin and for unconditional support. God bless! ??
