Main Menu Settings Changed

I updated the theme, and had to revert changes to a previous version and lost all my settings. I go to import a file i saved awhile ago but cant seem to get it to import.

The biggest problem im having is my main menu is all jacked up and doesnt look like it did a year ago.

Any suggestions on a version of evolve i should use to get my menu to look the way it did, or how to import these settings i saved.
