Import SpeakUP CSV to SpeakOut on a different website

    I tried updating from SpeakUP to SpeakOut but got all kinds of MySQl Errors. However I was able to export the data from SpeakUP to a CSV.

    The website it is currently on will be shutting down and I need to move the signatures to a fresh install of the SpeakOut Plugin on a new website.

    Can I import the signatures through the plugin or is there a guide on how to do this through phpMyAdmin?
