Import standalone WP site into WP 3.0 Multiblog

  • Not sure this is the right place, but…

    I want to move a standalone WP 2.8 install into WP 3 as one of the network blogs (subdirectory).

    Is there a way to capture the posts (not many, it’s a new blog) AND the options settings, like theme and settings, widgets, etc.?

    Or should I simply copy/paste the posts and just re-set everything from scratch?
