    Hi Team
    Can you please advise how long we should wait on the step:
    Done retrieving a list of all WordPress files?

    Seems like it stuck here, and the actual website shows a timeout error:
    Error 524 Ray ID: 601d1b6988ed8ce5 ? 2020-12-15 03:34:07 UTC
    A timeout occurred

    I uploaded the 24GB backup (400,000 files) directly via FTP. Also, check the health of the backup file. I also use Unlimited Addon.
    I am on AWS Lightsail Bitnami.

    I tried twice and no luck, please help.
