Import stuck at 0.00

    Hey Guys,

    I have a site that I need to move from one hosting provider to another.

    Installed v7.62 on the source and exported
    Installed a clean copy of WP6.0.1 on the destination
    Installed v7.62 of All-in-One WP Migration on the destination.

    Have tried various combinations of drag and drop, “import from” -> File with various versions. Also tried using an older version (6.7) and uploading the file then restoring the backup but nothing seems to work. I get the import box that I assume should start counting up but it sits at 0.00% with a “stop import” button.

    Backup file is 211mb.
    php 7.4.30 fastCGI
    memory_limit = 1024M
    max_input_time = 999
    post_max_size = 1024M
    upload_max_filesize = 1024M
    Destination hosting platform = plesk 18.0.44 on ubuntu 20.04.4

    Can anyone suggest where to start to work out what’s preventing the backup from uploading.

    You can look at the error logs in PHP and the webserver to determine what limits you’ve encountered.

    Hey Yani,

    I ended up upgrading to the paid version (which honestly is well worth it, thankyou) and then it all started working.

    Clearly the problem was not to do with the server / hosting but maybe an incompatibility with something that’s included in the paid for version that is not in the free one.

    Happy to do some digging if you would like to get to the bottom of the initial problem but as far as I am concerned the issue is now dealt with by upgrading.

    Hahahahaha nice ?? server issue for FREE version but for PAID no server issue… hmmm??? somethings doesn’t smell right.

    Any idea Yani?
