Import stuck on “Done preparing blogs”

Hi, I’m trying to import a site & it’s getting stuck on done preparing blogs. Here is what I’ve done so far: increased max execution time, increased memory limit, installed an old version of the plugin, uploaded backup & restored from backup instead of import, chose not to export some parts of the website under advanced settings. Is there something that I’m missing? I’ve used this plugin many times without an issue, not sure what’s happening here. I appreciate the help ??
