I did an export and downloaded the ‘bundle’ version of the export. The readme.txt said that the extra file in the bundle was a template to use when importing.

I tried to upload the template on this page: all import /settings

When I clicked on “import template” I got these PHP errors
( ! ) Fatal error: Uncaught exception ‘Exception’ with message ‘Unknown column ‘0’ in ‘field list” in D:\web\ofn\localsite\wp-content\plugins\wp-all-import\models\model\record.php on line 78

I have tried to import the same template in your debug version:

    URL: https://oriloaed.testdrive.rodeo
    Username: demo
    Password: HY9t66Yd

And got a totally blank page – I assume no PHP error shows as you have error showing turned off.

I can email someone the template I was trying to import if that helps, but the template was created as part of the export that I did.

I tried this with two different export bundles – one with default settings and the other a custom one where I chose the export fields – same outcome.

    Thanks

    Hey njwp.

Sorry for the confusion, the template in the bundle should actually only be used inside the bundle. If you upload the ZIP file to a new import, this template fills in all of the settings for the import.

If you need a template to upload to WP All Import, you can get that via the “Download Import Templates” link on the Manage Exports page.

great – thanks so much for your quick answer.

    I have now tried uploading the bundle zip file but I keep getting;
‘The import bundle you are using requires the Pro version of the WooCommerce Add-On, but you have the free version installed.’

Does upload of a bundle require the Pro version or is it based on the fields I am uploading? I did restrict the fields in the export to very basic ones so I thought that would import OK.

I have clicked on the ‘Purchase the WooCommerce Add-On’ link but I’m confused about what I actually need to purchase to make this work. There are 5 products listed on that page – if you could let me know. Thanks

    Hey @njwp

It is based on the fields you’re importing. Since this is about a paid product, please send your question to our support team here: https://www.wpallimport.com/support/
