Import “The link you followed has expired.” error

    I exported a CSV file from another website and tried to import it into the new website. Both sites have the latest version of the plugins. When I try to upload the CSV file, it goes to a blank page and gives me an error that says “The link you followed has expired. Please try again.”

    I tried it with all of the other plugins deactivated and the theme set to the basic Twenty-Twenty theme.

    Checked with my hosting company and they didn’t see any errors in the logs. They added this “define( ‘ALLOW_UNFILTERED_UPLOADS’, true );” to the configuration just in case.
