import tickets to “wp support plus” plugin

    hello

    dear wp support plus master,

    i have some tickets in “awesome support” plugin now im using “wp support plus” plugin

    and i need a solution to import the tickets from “awesome support” plugin into “wp support plus” plugin

    when i export tickets from word press from awesome support it give me .xml file but where can i import them into wp support plus?

    please help me
