    Hi

    I have 2 pre-sales questions:

    1. Is it possible to import “User” information using CSV files.

I have seen your reply regarding tickets, but in this case we just want to import user data such as their Name, Surname, User Name, Password (not important as this can be reset), and their status.

    2. The users in the current system have 2 status (Free or Paid Members). Can this status be included in the import?

    Thanks for your help.

    Regards

    Hi @cognisant_2000

What we recommend is to import all the database if it’s regarding a WordPress site but there are other sources that might help to do what you need. I found this tutorial that might help you with this task:

    wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-easily-import-and-export-wordpress-users/#:~:text=Importing%20WordPress%20Users&text=If%20you%20are%20importing%20the,to%20the%20’Import’%20tab.

    Hi Jawad

Thanks for coming back to me.

Sorry, I was not very clear.

The current user data is not held on WordPress, but we can export it from the current database into either text file or CSV file.

Can we import this into your plug-in?

I suspect we may need to do some cross-matching of fields in order to import it.

What do you think about my second question?
