Import users but not order information

I believe my question is very similar to jacobtcinfo in this thread:

I’ve imported users from my other database. Everything looked great, until I looked at my reports for the first time this morning and realized there is no order data. I’m hoping I’ve just missed a field and can import the information again.

I’ve imported data into the following fields from the Import.csv template:
user_login
user_email
user_pass
first_name
last_name
display_name
role
membership_id
membership_startdate
membership_gateway
membership_payment_transaction_id
membership_affiliate_id

Is there a field that should have been included that would trigger the creation of an order? Or, possibly another simple way to import a few hundred member orders.
