Import working – but not showing as Customers in Woo

    I am trying to debug the importing of customers into a development site. I have no issues importing, but the newly added user does not show up under Woocommerce, Customers. I created a user manually, completed all the fields, exported the customers and compared the fields to my imported customer. All the fields appear to match (content slightly different).

    I can login to Woocommerce using the imported customer ID, they just do not show up in the admin panel under Woocommerce, Customers.

    Any ideas on how to debug? (I cannot grant access to the site.) WP 6 and very few plugins as it is a dev site.

    I was able to get customers to show up under Woocommerce after importing some orders and making sure that the scheduled actions for Woocommerce had run.
