    Hola. A partir de la actualizacion 9.3.1 estoy teniendo problemas con la importacion de productos, para actualizar precios y stock

    El proceso es muy lento y tuve que volver a una version anterior

    I understand you’re having trouble with the WooCommerce version 9.3.1 as importation of products, updating prices and stock takes too long to load.

    The process is very slow and I had to go back to a previous version

    Did switching to a previous version make any difference in the mentioned processes and load times?

    To try and troubleshoot the issue even further, I recommend you try the following steps:

    1. Ensure your server has enough resources to handle the import process. You might need to contact your hosting provider for this.
    2. Try reducing the size of your import file. If it’s too large, it could slow down the process.
    3. Should the above steps not make any difference, you can then try to disable all other plugins temporarily to see if there’s a conflict causing the slowdown. If the import speed improves, enable the plugins one by one to identify the problematic one.

    Let us know if the aforementioned steps help make any difference.

    Hola. Realice la importacion con la version 9.2.2 y tardo 10 minutos (lo que me suele tardar, ya que actualizo los datos a diario). Asi que problemas en el servidor no son.

    Lo que note, es que ahora al importar con la version 9.3.1 el archivo que crea le agrega la palabra “product-…”, nose si tendra algo que ver, pero igualmente probe la importacion algunas veces mas, e segui funcionando lento con el 9.3.1 (en los 10 minutos que el 9.2.2 completo, el 9.3.1 no llega ni al 20%)

    Hello, I made the import with version 9.2.2 and it took 10 minutes (what usually takes me, since I update the data daily). So there are no server problems.

    What I noticed, is that now when importing with version 9.3.1 the file that creates adds the word “product-…”, I don’t know if it has something to do, but I tried the import a few more times, and I kept running slow with 9.3.1 (in the 10 minutes that 9.2.2.2 complete, 9.3.1 does not even reach 20%).

    The time required for the import process with version 9.3.1 should not be different than version 9.2.2.
    Based on your information, it looks like the process is 5 times slower which indicates there is a problem.

    Could list the exact steps you take to import products?
    Also, share a screenshot of the word “product-” that is added during the import.
    Lastly, let me know if you are using any plugins for the import process.

    Once I have more information, I will be in a better position to assist you further.

    We’ve just released WooCommerce 9.3.2. Could you please try updating and letting us know if this solves the problem for you? Please consider taking a full?backup?of your site before doing that, or try the updates on a?staging?site to make sure nothing breaks while doing so.

    Please let us know how it goes. If the issue persists, could you try uploading the file again on a staging site with all other plugins deactivated except WooCommerce?

    Hola. Realice la importacion con la nueva version (9.3.2) y sigo teniendo problemas similares.

    La carga sigue siendo excesivamente lenta y el archivo que me crea sigue teniendo un nombre distinto al importarlo, como pasaba antes.

    Hi, I imported with the new version (9.3.2) and I still have similar problems.
    The loading is still excessively slow and the file it creates still has a different name when importing, as it did before.

    Could you share the CSV file with me so I can import it on my Test Site and see how it works?
    This will clarify whether this is a site-specific problem causes the problem or something at a plugin level.

    I want to revisit this specific part of the problem:

    Just want to +1 this issue, we have 3 sites, each performing a weekly import of price and inventory updates. Since 9.3.1/9.3.2 upgrade the import has been very slow – up to 10x slower or never completing.

    We rolled all 3 sites back to 9.2.2 and import speeds returned to normal.
