  • Currently I’m not able to Create a support ticket – the message on your site states:

    Due to a very high level of support tickets being created in the last few days we are closing new ticket submission for 24-48 hours to allow us to deal with the backlog of current active tickets

    I have a problem with getting conditional fields working which is a blocker. It’s working on the live preview, but not on the Site. Not seeing any error in the dev. console

    FYI I also purchased Social Login extension and plan to purchase more extensions, but need to get the register page functioning ASAP.

    We were able to fix the problem of conditional fields not working in the browser by solving “prophooks” is undefined javascript error.

    We’ve also been able to unravel many issues surrounding multiple community role types and their corresponding profile pages.

    If you’d like to post details of your support need here, I’d be happy to help if I can.

    On the UM site I cannot find the link to submit a ticket. I’ve got 2 problems I would like to submit. Can I do this on this forurm? Or is there a problem on the UM-site and should I just be patient?

    I posted yesterday and there was no indication that you even received the ticket.

    Where is your support for this product now?

    I’m having HUGE problems with the update and need your support.
