Important Login & Log out Links disappeared on comment form…

    I recently did a few changed to comments.php, except I never once touched the area that displays the Login/Log Out links.

    Now the links are totally gone. &I am not sure how to bring them back!

    The url to the issue is in this paste bin, as well ass the comment.php file content//

    What can I do to fix this?

    UPDATE//
    When I sign in to my WP account through wp-admin the Log Out link appears. But if I sign out and try signing in again the link is no where to be found…
