  • No one is responding to support tickets since last week and the links are forwarding to your online docs? What’s going on guys? I’ve got some major issues I need help with and no one is responding?

    For some reason, the above link sends me back to https://ultimatemember.com/support/. I’ve looked all over and I’m not sure where to submit a ticket.

    ashlomasuk: Can you tell me what the topic of your ticket was? We have been responding to all tickets we have received.

    Gstertz: You need to describe your issue which will then search for any related docs. If none of the docs solve the issue you just need to scroll down and you will see a submit new support ticket button.
